Antes de la ceremonia de este año, celebrada el domingo (1 de febrero) en el Crypto.com Arena de Los Ángeles, muchos de los nominados se presentaron y desfilaron en el tradicional desfile de moda y sesión fotográfica previa al espectáculo. Sabrina Carpenter, nominada al álbum del año con Man’s Best Friend, No. 1 en la lista Billboard 200, entre otros premios, lució elegante con un vestido estructurado de color acero. Ca7riel y Paco Amoroso, que ganaron mejor álbum de rock latino o alternativo por PAPOTA, deslumbraron con un atuendo fluido, y Karol G deslumbró con un coqueto conjunto beige. Clipse y Pharrell Williams llegaron con trajes a juego en color rosa empolvado. ROSÉ, cuyo éxito “APT.” con Bruno Mars podría llevarse a casa el premio a la grabación y/o la canción del año, lució etérea en un vestido blanco y negro, mientras que la ganadora de mejor artista nuevo 2025, Chappell Roan, llegó con una elegante capa burdeos con un atrevido escote antes de presentar el mismo premio en la ceremonia de este año.

Kendrick Lamar era el artista más nominado de la noche, con nueve menciones, seguido de cerca por Lady Gaga, Jack Antonoff y Cirkut, con siete cada uno.
